At Casa Cosenza, everything is made from scratch except our mozzarella. Every ribbon of fresh pasta and ravioli is made in house each day, our ricotta is made fresh in our kitchen, and our bread is baked daily.
We cook with the ingredients we trust: D.O.P. Parmigiano-Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma, whole San Marzano tomatoes, and Tuscan olive oil. Gluten-free and vegetarian preparations are made with the same care.
